5 Female Fitness Figures Worth Following On Instagram And Why

However, Eason didn’t allow her pitfalls, to become her setbacks. She has developed a swimwear and supplement line and is the female spokesperson for Bodybuilding.com. On Bodybuilding.com, Eason suggest workouts and routines to millions of people that follow her. She also provides great fitness advice for women seeking to keep healthy during pregnancy and lose weight afterwards.

2. Jen Widerstrom

Jen Widerstrom is an author, fitness model and personal trainer. She is best known for replacing Jillian Michaels on NBC’s The Biggest Loser. Her big personality and caring heart has won over millions. Widerstrom has always led an active lifestyle, but it wasn’t until her early 20’s that she decided to embrace a physical fitness career. Several fitness magazines have featured her on the cover and interviewed her. Recently, Widerstrom has written a book called, “Diet Right For Your Personality Type.”

3. Danielle Natoni

Working out with Danielle Natoni, is like getting into shape with family. Natoni is a wife, mother, motivator, entrepreneur and a Beachbody Coach. Before she became a Beachbody Coach, she was a fifth grade math teacher with two kids and a ton of debts. As a Beachbody Coach, Natoni changed her entire life around by motivating and helping others. On her IG,she invites anyone who wants positive change to join her team of over 15,000 people from different backgrounds. She uses it as a cyber support group for her followers and posts weight loss success stories, exercise videos and more. 

4. Lindsay Matway

Lindsay Matway is a 15 Star Diamond Beachbody Coach that teaches “The Bombshell Dynasty” team. However, the road to becoming a fitness coach was a rocky one. In her early twenties, she had modeling and entrepreneurial dreams, but she met her now husband and got pregnant. Matway saw her dreams melt away as her waistline began spread. Thirty-one weeks into her pregnancy, she felt horrible.
Her husband insisted that she go to the hospital. When she arrived, she underwent an emergency C-section and her daughter was born 8 weeks premature with a grade 3 of 4 brain bleed. Doctors predicted the worse for her daughter, but she defied the odds. She and her husband were ecstatic their daughter was going to be fine, but Matway had to fight her way back from depression and a much heavier physique.
One night, Matway saw an infomercial with P90X home workout system by Beachbody and ordered it. After 60 days of physical and mental hardwork, she was able to get her life and fit physique back. Now, she seeks to help others who desire to get in shape. Matway shares fitness advice, recipes and encouragement for women confused about how to start their fitness journey.  

5. Anna Victoria

Anna Victoria is a fitness expert that created the Fit Body Guide (FBG) in 2015 that has been giving women the results they want.
